Description

My Print Portfolio does not only display my work but is also an attempt to encourage people to write more messages by hand. After each project, a postcard with a representative image of the shown projects is attached.

In case people are unsure whom to write, there are even several suggestions whom they could write a postcard to. For me it was important to create something with an additional value and nowadays where messages are almost just written digitally, I wanted to remind people again of the power of hand written messages. At the same time my work would also be spread to the recipients of the postcards and a wider range of people would get to know my work. It might even reach some potential clients.

Overall seen, it was important for me to think about every tiny detail and tell more about myself as a person. The wooden cover expresses my love for nature and the coptic binding represents passion for doing stuff manually. I included transparent pages with the suggestions about whom to send a message to. This was done in order to bring more spontaneity and variety into the bock. It also represents my never ending curiosity to try out something new and get to know new territories.
